HP Sports Brief: Charlotte Nawor becomes first female all-state cross country runner in Highland Park history

With a 3-mile time of 17 minutes and 18 seconds, junior Charlotte Nawor became the first female all-state cross country runner in Highland Park history. She eclipsed her ranking by almost 40 places and shattered her sectional time by 36 seconds in the process, all after not running last year due to an iron deficiency. Sam Brief reports for HPTV. Feel free to send any feedback using the “Contact Me” page on the lefthand column.
